Interesting day at work, we had lost power all day by the time I arrived, but no one was sent home. We waited until the power was fixed, about an hour later. Then it all of a sudden got very busy! I walked 12,706 steps, 12 flights of stairs, 8.5 kms, burning 2,402 calories. I ate 1,321 calories (maybe a little more as I had to estimate dinner).
I seem to be losing weight very slowly, however, despite walking off daily all the calories I have eaten that day, and often more. I lost weight so quickly before, now, its at a snail's pace! Oh well, persevere! (I actually weighed less yesterday morning - don't know why that didn't stay until today, considering all the walking I did yesterday! I only record my weight on Sundays)
