Day 8✅ of 21... Glad I did that! Man I'm so dang lazy by nature. Ok well that's over, had a hard oiled egg and fage after not sure if that's enough to replenish but the workout isn't really intense per se so idk but going to nap when dh gets home ;-) bc I can!! TGIF but can't wait for Monday :-)

Thank you :-) the best part is I haven't craved anything and have stopped eating at either 7:30 or 8 for the past week and no snacking which is great. I'm excited to see Tuesday's weigh in but really just care about the not eating nonstop and no workout!
