Well like last week, i dont know how i lost another 3.5lbs but i will take it. My measurements didnt change at all but that is ok. They will get there when its time.
159.5 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
