So very impressed with everyone's efforts and honesty on FS. Those of you who comment on your gaining weight are courageous and inspirational as well. Mine is SLOWLY melting away. I'm so grateful to be able to maintain what I have fought hard for! Trying to kick Diet Coke-------takes a lot of focus and energy to break a bad habit!
201.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cutting diet coke has made a huge difference for me. I was crazy with it. lol
