Well, I gave up using my Monk Fruit sweetener as every brand I have found contains erythritol which I recently read is not as good for health as I had thought. So another sugar alternative bites the dust for me. I really loved the taste of Monk Fruit over Stevia, but I will keep looking.

Went out to lunch with daughters yesterday and a bit of shopping. Had a nice day. Quiet day on tap for me today. I'm ready. Hope everyone is doing well and having a good week so far.
