Wondering if my body is trying to recalibrating, as I've been voracious this past week, and its not even TOM.
Glad to see that I maintained instead of gained, as we went to a St. Patty's celebration last night. I had NO self-control whatsoever. Two bottles of hard cider, a homemade sausage and a half of venison and pork, beef sheperd's pie and too many cookies to count. Ate til I was phyiscally ill and couldn't get anymore. Haven't done that in a long time, and I don't miss it.
Back in the saddle.
