Thought I'd check progress. Slow but noticeable. I'm grateful.

1-9-23: 41 bust, 39 waist, 47 hip

8-12-23: 39 bust, 35 waist, 44 hip
161.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
