Not getting outside much this week, rain in the forecast every day. But I've plans to keep busy in the house and will get back to morning stretch routine. Limbering without too much stress on the knee/ankle.

Can't believe June is 3/4 over already, wow. Feel like we are going to have a short summer this year, better enjoy it. Have a terrific Tuesday, everyone!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
