In that slow but steady rhythm of progression. Pretty much less like a diet and more like just how I eat again now. Mindful of every bite and calorie but seldom feeling deprived. Pretty good place to be.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
