Cant remember the last time we had such a cold, rainy spring, but here we are. Starting to be a little more active as temps s-l-o-w-l-y warm up. My full time job was pretty strenuous/high energy and my body was used to that. Since retiring last summer it's like my body is confused. I'm taking in way less calories, but expending WAAY less than when I was working.. So I think my body is confused. I know I am. Ha! Staying under calorie and getting my fiber in most every day. Still waiting on another drop. Surely it has to come soon. Not giving up. I want to feel good about how I look again! And I'm going to do it!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
