Windy Day's Journal, 19 April 2023

Had a good day yesterday and the day before. Stayed active. Kept calories to under 1000 the last 3 or 4 days. (Usually always around 1000 or under 1200 anyway). All healthy food choices. Taking my probiotics, selenium, digestive enzymes, vitamins, green tea most every day, and trying to take in more water. Scale still not budging. This means war. Going to have to get more active. If that doesnt break this cycle, I dont know what will.

Maybe I need to fast one day a week. Ugh.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
