Sunny but cool here. Getting ready for Easter. So much cooking and baking to do. Most of it I won't be eating. I will survive.

Yes, same here, I just got out of the kitchen. Hdd to make two trips to the store for ingredients I didn't have enough of. Glad I've got it done. I will have to make do with micro servings of fattening food. Unless I bring something special for me. I just may bring a salad. Hope you have a very nice day with your family.

Today was planning and tomorrow will be cooking and taking the food to my mother in laws to enjoy with family. I will stay on plan and continue on my journey to a better life.

Holidays are a lot of work. I used to do the brunt of the cooking for many many years, but thankfully I have grown daughters now who do the most of it for me now. Mainly because I moved to a much smaller house that won't accommodate our large family! But it works for me. ;) I hope you have a wonderful holiday with your family and get a chance to relax a little.
