I'm retaining water in my legs. I will cut back on sodium, but need to try some other things as well.

On the plus side, Ive finally had a loss. Thank GOD! Just need to keep it moving...

Committed to reaching this initial goal.
174.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
