Was able to tick 4 of the 6 mini challenges, a first for me. I find it very difficult to get my net carbs down to 30g, or fats up to 60. So not really keto, but not really low fat or paleo either. Low cal and moderate? I dont know.

Made it to the track yesterday. First time this spring. 1/2 mile for the first time. Going again later this morning. Hope to go 3x/wk, or every day weather permits.

Cut my coffee creamer in half this morning.

Onward.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
