Actually enjoy logging my food intake daily. Keeps me honest with MYSELF. And that will be one key to eventual loss as my tendency has always been oh just one bite wont hurt. Scales have to budge sometime, Im more stubborn than the pounds.

Christmas is coming so fast this year - wow. Then the long winter months to shed some weight for Spring ;)
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
