AmethystM's Journal, 07 April 2011

Sprained my ankle really bad yesterday, and am using crutches off and on today. I would use them all the time, but my foot was an alarming blueish-grey color so I want to make sure I put some weight on it to increase my circulation. It won't be good for my ankle, but I know how severe my foot issues are, especially around circulation and some other internal factors.

My lower pooch has just gone down under 32" - I think this is the first time EVER! 31.75" - I'll take it. Other measurements are about the same, though my weight is slightly down. I've been looking at some pictures and the measurements of some people I wouldn't mind looking like, and I can lose up to 10-15 more pounds, though I may also be comfortable at my current weight. So whatever happens, happens. I am in completely new territory here because I've never been this small before.

I have noticed that the more veggies I am eating, as well as the more calories, the more weight (in the form of fat) I am losing. I am thinking about making an "Eat More Veggies" challenge as well. I would like to challenge myself to get 20 NC 3-5 days a week, but I wonder if anyone would be interested in that? I could just set it up as the 12-15 and do a bonus higher number for those who might be interested. I don't know if it's just the veggies or the higher calories, or, most likely, the combination of both, but I know I feel great!
