I expected to be up today due to a heavy workout yesterday, but I didn't expect to be up THIS much! :)

Oh, well, yesterday was a terrible stressful day as well. Hopefully a big salad today will make me feel better! I also didn't get as much water as I needed yesterday and woke up thirsty in the middle of the night, so definitely have to make sure I get my 6 liters in today.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
