Ok, I am updating it.... I haven't weighed in a few days but this is what the scale said last time I was on it. I want to make sure I am as close to properly listing my RDI as I can be.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 February 2014:
1515 kcal Fat: 64.86g | Prot: 134.54g | Carb: 102.01g.   Breakfast: Pears, Muscle Milk Chocolate Malt Protein Shake (14 oz), Weight Watchers Colby Jack Cheese Sticks. Lunch: Chobani Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, swiss cheese, California Premium Muenster Cheese, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham, Albertsons Sliced Roast Beef, Dole Butter Lettuce. Dinner: Hominy (White, Canned), Frontera Red Chile Enchilada Sauce, Great Value Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Mission White Corn Tortillas (42g), Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Snacks/Other: Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme Protein Shake (14 oz). more...
