momentum is high! cant believe I've lost about 7lbs in under a week. I'm sure most was excess water weight but it still feels good to watch the scale move closer to my goal!!
226.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
