Hi everyone, how are you all? I have been so very busy. work, swimming, and 12, 810 steps. Got a friend visiting shortly ☺️. so that will do me good. My weigh day is Saturday, I am going to Camber to scatter Jim's ashes with our friends. I have been detoxing this week and next before I go to Manchester to see my cousin Irene. I am excited but sad, too, as Jim won't be with me. I hope you all have a great rest of the week. much love ❤️ Merry Mel ❤️

Hi All, I had a very quiet Sunday. Just a walk, I've seen nobody today. Too quiet for me, still that's life sometimes. Steps 12,325 is not too bad. Board today. Sorry for such a very boring read. Hope for better tomorrow. much love ❤️ Merry Mel 😍

Good morning. Everyone, lovely sunny morning in England. my day is packed. aerobics, coffee with the woman from yoga. Home, out again, after lunch, out again shop, met another friend for coffee. then come home un pack the shopping. Get ready to go out again and drink with some of the girls from work. Then a meal up the road with the same girls. So if I put weight back on tomorrow, I won't be surprised. Have a great Friday and a better bank holiday. love you all. Merry Mel ❤️
