Ughhhh. Why can't I break out of this? I have been busting my butt all week working out and I have been on plan. My only explanation at this moment is poor sleep the past few nights, especially last night. Idk, though. I'm not going to let it get to me, it's my favorite weekend of the Spring! The Dallas St Paddy's Day Parade!

I hear ya. I've been cycling through the same +1/-1 lb for the past couple of weeks, even though I adjusted my workouts and calories !

Well, my husband helped me measure, and I've lost 1.75 inches over the last two weeks, so that's something!
