It's okay to stumble, as long as you get back up. This week has been very bad. Wednesday was the 5 year anniversary of my brother's death in Afghanistan, and I've been struggling. Rather than feel the emotions, I've been eating them. It was very easy to slip into old habits, which is scary on its own. All things considered 1.2 isn't that bad, I honestly thought it would be more. I tried to make sure I still kept drinking my water, so that may have helped. Ready to begin again this week!
