Lol well my scale is by the toilet ... so pretty much any time I use the bathroom ha ha ha ba !! I take the lowest cause if I fluctuate I know it's probably just water gaining a pound here or there can be explained... but a new low just means your doing well... right?? that's what I'm going to say anyway lol
