Yassss. This is really good for two weeks, especially with how the last two weekends have been. The first weekend (my last weigh-in) was Labor Day weekend and we had my BIL and his family in town, eating out for practically every meal except for a Cuban feast I made Sunday evening. Last weekend was my brother's wedding. So we were out of town and eating lots of sweets and pastas (for some reason. We are not Italian). I also neglected my IF last weekend. Anyways, during week days, and certainly since I've been home, I've stayed on track with my WOE, and my workouts. I'm even up at usual time to workout today, and I am known for skipping Saturdays. Not anymore!
