Well, that's disappointing. I had a cheat meal on Wednesday night with my husband. We went out to dinner to celebrate a belated Valentine's Day and an early anniversary (10 years tomorrow!) We could not wait until today, as we now have three children needing babysitting and we had to go when my mom could do it. I thought that it would be okay by now, since everything else has been on point, but apparently not. Also, it's spring break, and so I havent been walking the kids to school all week. Next week should be better! 🤞

spring break doesn't have to stop the walks to school. I would make them all get up at normal times and walk to school and back every morning. when they complain just play your mom card and say " I don't want you kids to forget how to get there". It's healthy for you and for them, plus years from now they'll have a great memory of that kooky time mom made the walk to school all week during spring break! some of my fondest memories of mom involve things that are almost unexplainable.

You got this Amber. 0.2 is a normal fluctuation on a regular day so don't sweat it, just get back to doing the doing. And go have fun with those kidlets :) You know they can take the energy out of you so use that time for a little extra movement and make memories. Build a blanket fort, go for a walk, play simon says. It's all movement, it all counts. And these little teeny things are what they will remember as an adult. I hope you have a wonderful day :)

Sodium. Don't sweat it. Or do sweat it out. Going out to eat increases sodium which causes water retention, which adds weight. I'm sure you didn't gain a pound hitting all your calorie numbers.
Keep your head up, you'll be fine.
