Finally a little movement on the scale. I have see a difference in my waistline just haven't measured again will do that on Saturday. I have been fighting a cold all week seems like everyone in the office has been sick for the last couple weeks. Hopefully it all goes away without hitting me to hard. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday.
