I have been eating exactly as I should and getting more exercise. I must be retaining water this morning. Weigh in next week should have much better results.
323.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 123.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I had this happen a few days go. I work a desk and helped cover in hk for the day. I too believe it was the extra exercise
