Although the program asks how I closely I followed my eating guidelines, it was more somewhere in between reasonably well and poorly...maybe a C.....- C- for the month of December, but managed not to do too much damage so I'm going with a C+. Time to get back on board. Don't want to undo all the effort that has gone into dropping some weight. I feel better and more capable of doing fun things!
181.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
