Wonderful drop! Good job. In the middle of the night when I can't sleep I have been getting up to do a sitting meditation. I can do 45 min with only the last 5 minutes being the 'Are we done yet' feeling going on. Can't eat while meditating! Afterwards, I find that I sleep hard. If you are interested in meditating, it is a slow work up to it starting at 5 minutes. Not hard and has lots of benefits.
