Not a lot of exercise this week but pretty good eating less and trying to cut a meal out now and then to lower calorie intake. Also smaller quantities.




165.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
