I have been going to bed hungry and really limiting what i eat and its working! My birthday is in 2 weeks and I was hoping to get to under 170. I have been stuck on this plateau around 175 for awhile. Plus its summer and there is always something around I shouldn't be eating! Carbs are everywhere!

I have tried to tweek my diet and it has worked this week. Cut down on diet soda. stopped eating after dinner, and really wrote down every bite I ate
170.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
