Alright alright time to weigh in. My last weigh in on here was 147 days ago!I am up a few lbs but I have been for a while.As long as I am in the 140's I am happy. I've pretty much just been maintaining lately. I like a few cushion pounds for the winter. I know I'll be eating more and moving less so maintenance is my goal this time of year. Have a Merry Christmas!
