ON vacation and glad to see a lose. Still hoping to get into the 100's this week finally
201.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1780 kcal Fat: 132.81g | Prot: 115.50g | Carb: 27.59g.   Breakfast: Great Value Frozen Chopped Spinach, Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Regular Sausage, Butter, Bacon Grease, Fried Egg. Lunch: Green Sweet Pepper, Baby Spinach, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Green Leaf Lettuce, American Cheese, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat). Snacks/Other: Baskin-Robbins Peanut Butter 'n Chocolate Ice Cream, Dunkin' Donuts Iced Coffee with Cream, Schweppes Original Seltzer Water (Can). more...
