My daughter came home from the Marshall Islands where she has been for almost a year. We have been eating things she has missed while being away and spending time together. We are both ready to get back on track now. Time to start some home projects and if it ever stops raining (we do like rain Father so don't get me wrong here) we will take the dogs to the park and all of us get some much needed outside time. She goes back in August and I am not looking forward to that, but she loves it and it makes her happy so I am ok with that, will just have to find more projects to keep me busy and losing
201.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
