Back to journaling. My A1c level is heading into Prediabetes. I need to lose about 7 lbs AND watch the carbs from simple sugars and white carbs (bleached flour, white rice, most pastas). I can do this!
151.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
