Awesome down 4 lbs! Wonder why this week different than others and how to do it again.

Its finally warming up and the snow banks are melting so I am going to try and get out and do some walking. I am so fat and out of shape its hard to decide what to start with for exercise.

Its been about 10 weeks since i started and now trying to figure out how to keep the weight loss going.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 March 2015:
