I have not been very good about being on a healthy diet lots of guest about and celebrations another week and be more normal week

Not sure Keto is working for me at all ....BUT also haven't been exercising much at all
154.6 lb Lost so far: 90.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
