I almost caved last night and made popcorn, but didn't 🏆 🤩 I'll be on vacation in a month. I won't be able to be as strict around my family. I have a pretty good idea how to meet my needs without weighing everything and being obnoxious. I enjoy it at home, but I realize how it can come off when I'm visiting others.

I can still do IF and eat with them for lunch and dinner. Big salad heavy protein for lunch. And something cooked at dinner: Protein and low carb veg.

I had dessert EVERYDAY when I was there last time. Everything is just so delicious, but I'm really going to try and limit my treats this time 😅
136.4 lb Lost so far: 61.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
