Hi Everyone, All is well here. This entry is for Jan. 22 thru Jan. 28. My body fat percentage is 19.8. Maintenance has been going well. I'm still benefiting from logging my food daily. I weigh daily too but my scale app records my weight. I only summarise here. I met my activity goal by making it to the gym three days this week. I hope you guys enjoy the football games today...
