OMG getting there eating lots of veggies and some fruit and eating diary trying to stay away from fats and carbs I eat some but very limited especially at night say after 3pm
143.8 lb Lost so far: 101.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
