Well I was at 148 BUT then spent 5 ays down south SO up a bit but not surprised. BBQ, Tailgating, eating out all not good oh plus some drinks!

Back on track today
150.9 lb Lost so far: 94.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
