Well I have been on vacation and dropping a daughter at college so happy to not have gained weigh, I managed to drive 28 hours over 3 days and usually I would snack on not good food to kill the time but I snacked on veggies and it worked. Same thing on a 12 hour 4 day trip so it felt good to know I could manage the events without weight gain
Plus I was down south and of course had some fried chicken and other yummy southern foods and didn't gain do that was a positive
Enjoy the rest of summer. Can't believe its almost over
