Well getting back on track and hungry (yesterday at 10:30 my stomach growled during dental work) but had a good loss so I guess its working.....Life is really busy and a bunch of parties so tough time
174.2 lb Lost so far: 70.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
