OK I ate less and exercised more and gained weight.....very frustrating
193.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week

Sometimes you retain water with exercise. Just a natural thing. It comes off easily. Stick to your plan. Kick that scale!!!
