So odd! I didn't journal yesterday, but my weight was exactly the same...down to the tenth of a pound...as it was the day before. Maybe that's not too odd, but this morning it is exactly the same right down to the same tenth of a pound. I find three days in a round a bit peculiar. However, maybe I'm in for a big surprise tomorrow morning! Don't tell me not to weigh every day...I use it as a treat when I'm following a diet as closely as this one. Still feeling confident and energy levels are good.
