WELL! I gained a pound! My body is saying, "Hey, what's going on with all this dieting stuff?" I guess it needed to readjust, 'cuz I followed everything faithfully yesterday. I've dieted enough in my long life to know this kind of thing happens, but it doesn't make it any more pleasant. LOL. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
