Phew... just one full day of being keto and really logging and I am back to pre Thanksgiving weight!!

Thanks for all the support FS Fam!!

Keto on, dude!!
145.4 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
