Say what?! I had to get on and off the scale and reset it to zero a few times until I believed it. I'm a happy girl today. But will be eating like a "normal" GF person at a thanksgiving supper today! Wish me luck!!
145.9 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
