I had a dream last night that I was bragging to someone about some lost weight... (not like me at all). But I woke up thinking "that's weird because I have hit a plateau for two weeks!!!" And today I weighed myself and was down 2lbs!!!! Yay, small victory! Also my body fat percentage went down and my muscle mass went up!!!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

even though the scales arent showing a loss...inches might be coming off..the scales dont always tell it all..sometimes even looking back thru your food menu and changing something in it can cause a release of weight...gotta keep the body guesssing...

I never really thought of that. I went to Costco and got several things in bulk, meaning I was eating them often... so it is time to switch it up!
