low carb chocolate chip cookies
2 eggs
2 c almond flour ( finely ground)
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 choc chips (sugar free)
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1/2 c butter (softened)
1/3 c swerve (powdered)

Cream butter, swerve, vanilla and eggs add almond flour and baking soda and mix until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate the dough until the oven is preheated to 350*F. Use a small cookie scoop to measure out dough and flatten lightly for more even baking. Bake on parchment paper until bottoms are lightly browned. I made 12 cookies and figured out it is 1.29 - 1.4 grams of net carbs per cookie (depending on the calculator I used).
300.1 lb Lost so far: 36.3 lb.    Still to go: 119.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
